Be advised that in accordance with Clause 11.01;
Annual vacation requests must be submitted by March 15
for the period of May 1 to April 30 of the following year. The
approved schedule of annual vacations submitted by March
15 will be posted by April 1. Vacation requests submitted
after March 15 will be approved on a first come first serve
basis and a response will be provided within two weeks of
the request
If the company fails to post approved annual vacations by April 1 or if you have been unreasonably denied please contact a shop steward or an executive member.
