A decision was released today in a recent arbitration that was heard on behalf of Brother Allan Brodeur who was terminated in April 2012. The Arbitrator has concluded, that Brother Brodeur serve a 30 day suspension following which he will be reinstated to his employment outside of his prior position with the company. Brother Brodeur will also be compensated for any loss of wages or benefits and rights under the CBA.
