As you know, both locals ratified the tentative agreement late last week. With that, we have reached out to the companies Lead Negotiator yesterday regarding some of the monetary agreements such as, Lump Sum, Shift Premiums, wage increases and C.O.L.A numbers. A DPSP deferral option will be available to those who wish to have the lump deferred. With that, it delays payment till the end of June to give that option.
Regarding the other items, he hopes to get back to us by the end of the week. Any information we receive will be passed on to the membership.
As for Profit Sharing, the response yesterday from the Director of Human Resources was she expects it will be paid on the last pay of May. The company has received the Audited Statement, Finance is finalizing approvals and Payroll will prepare the payments. They have not received the final values yet.
Once we get confirmation from the company, it will also be passed along to the membership.
