The Company has announced profit sharing for the 4th quarter of 3.21 / hour. They have also stated that the money is supposed to be in either USW members bank account or Great West Life account by February 28.

Trade and O&T Tech wage increase vote cancelled
The vote has been cancelled regarding Trade and Tech wage increase because of a last minute proposal by the company.
Special Meeting Re Trade rate and O&T Techs
There will be a special meeting to discuss a proposed rate increase for Maintenance workers and O&T techs on December 16 2010.

C.O.L.A is going up 8 cents/hour or 1.13/hour to 1.21/hour

The Company announced 2.84 per eligable hour USW bargained profit sharing for 3rd quarter 2010
Illegal locker search
The Company intends to search lockers starting on October 26. This action is illegal without the occupants of the locker present when the search is conducted. This is a blatant act of disregard of your property and especially your privacy. At this time the Union will be filing a group grievance and will not be condoning this illegal act in any way. If after the search you have damaged property or missing articles please report them to a shop steward so they can be added to the damages demanded in the grievance.
