The Company announced 2.84 per eligable hour USW bargained profit sharing for 3rd quarter 2010
The Company intends to search lockers starting on October 26. This action is illegal without the occupants of the locker present when the search is conducted. This is a blatant act of disregard of your property and especially your privacy. At this time the Union will be filing a group grievance and will not be condoning this illegal act in any way. If after the search you have damaged property or missing articles please report them to a shop steward so they can be added to the damages demanded in the grievance.

A vote was taken today for the proposed apprenticeship program and was accepted by the members of local 5890
A special informational meeting will be held on August 4.
The agenda will be a review of the new changes to the proposed Apprenticeship Program Language.
A vote on the changes will take place at the plant on Aug 9th.
