The Local was advised by Human Resources that delivery of the printed agreements was made late on June 23rd. We expect the company to start delivery to each member ASAP. To date, I have not seen or heard if this is happening. Please keep in mind , HR informed us they were delivered on May 4th as well and they were not!
The Local has been requesting an update on the status of your printed Collective Agreements. The most recent update is as such;
HR is currently trying to track down the delivery and are unsure if they were delivered to stores rather then the mailroom.
Delivery to the company was to happen last week and we would have thought that the delivery of your collective agreements would be a priority. When we get a confirmation they have been located, we will update.
On Friday May 8th, printed copies of the books were delivered to the company. After a quick review, many pages from Appendix E were incorrect. We are awaiting a response from HR.
