Our financial performance for the fourth quarter of 2025 resulted in a profit-sharing
payment under the plan. The payout will be a $0.01 per eligible hour bonus payment for
qualifying employees deposited into your bank account by August 7, 2026.

Our financial performance for the first quarter of 2026 resulted in no profit-sharing
payments under the plan.
