For those of you who are currently a Temporary Transfer to the Steel Division, I would like to be clear, there is no agreement for full time transfers at this time. Regardless if a company representative has called you!
The Union has multiple questions that the company is unwilling to answer at this time. Until the company is willing to answer our questions in writing, we have no agreement. This comes down to trust and the lack of transparency from the company leaves us with more and more questions and issues.
