Due to the transaction from Evraz to Interpro, the company proposed a partial revision to the AUP Report (Agreed Upon Procedures)
After discussions with USW International Staff and the Canadian National Office, both 5890 & 6673 have confirmed, to the company, agreement on the revision.
It is expected, now with this agreement, that the 2025 fiscal year end can now be completed.
Once there is an update on the 2025 year end audit and 2026 Q1 results we will post here.
